The herb was really dirty, I would not recommend this to anyone. It looks pretty clean when it's been marketed on their website but it's not clean when you get it, I even saw a piece of dry coconut husk in one of them bags, what's that doing in the bag?

I bought a 10LB bulk bag of the Palo Azul and I find the quality of the product is great. The wood is clean with minimal dust. 10-15 min for it to turn blue with the hot water. It’s a wood taste on the palate it’s not sweet which is not a problem for me. I add stinging nettle, cleavers, parsley and dandelion root to make a super kidney tea

I decided to start using this Guaco for daily respiratory and immune system support. To prep it, I found that using the claws (back) of a hammer works much better to break down some of the woody pieces than the flat face! Once brewed, it has an ashy taste. I don’t think it’s bad
The first thing I found when open the bag was a big long hair, then I put the top part of the tea on a plate and there was a second hair as pictured in the photo, I made tea only with the stems and another with only leaves and the tea does not come out as red as it’s supposed to. I did not drink it!
