- At Evergreen Herbs, we take pride in providing the best customer service possible. With that being said, our return and refund policy is managed case by case.
- During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are not accepting returns and all sales will be final. This is to ensure the safety of our personnel and to reduce waste on our end of having to dispose of product.

Q1. I received the wrong product.
A1. Our bad for sending you the wrong product! Please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the wrong material received. (If you ordered from Amazon, please send the order number Amazon gave you.) The photo is to ensure transparency and honesty.
Q2. I did not get a confirmation email.
A2. Sometimes the things designed to make life easier do not always work. If that is the case, please email us as soon as possible with your name and what your order consisted of so we can get the correct information sent to you.
Q3. The herb I ordered is not what I wanted.
A3. We provide photos, descriptions, and other information so that you, the customer, can make the decision on what herbs to purchase.
Q4. I found a defect in the product I ordered.
A4. We strive to provide the best quality control and sometimes miss the mark. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and a photo with the issue and our Quality Control Coordinator will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Q5. I changed my mind on the product and I haven't opened the product, can I still get a refund?
A5. With the current global pandemic, we have chosen not to accept returns and all sales are final unless you have received the wrong product or have a quality control issue. We provide the customer with as much information to help in the decision making process when buying our herbs.
