WHAT IS MORINGA?
It is a plant native to India. There are more than 13 species that thrive in tropical climates. They vary in size, and are now grown worldwide. Its leaves are bright green, small and attached to the same stem. Its flowers are white and occur in clusters. The seed grows in a long pod that reaches up to 20 cm and the seeds are small and black, covered with a delicate yellowish skin.
One of it's main priorities is that it helps to lose weight, since its high content of nutrients provides the necessary nutrition to the body while strict diets are being made. In addition, it is excellent digestive and has a positive effect against ulcers. It also helps in cases of gastritis and heartburn. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory effect it also reduces swelling caused by gases or infectious processes. Protects liver functions and regulates cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Other benefits include strengthening the immune system, inhibiting cancer cells, their protective effects on the heart muscle and strengthening cognitive functions, improving memory and learning. It also has anti fungicide properties.
You can use their leaves and their seeds fresh or dried, powder, to make tablets.
