What is Guarumbo?

Guarumbo is a species of flowering plant from the family of Urticaceae found in evergreen forests in Mexico and South America.

Benefits of Guarumbo

Guarumbo is commonly used to regulate blood sugar for those who suffer from diabetes, and also to regulate blood pressure or to flush the kidneys. It is also used to medicate scorpion bites, to treat burns (with guarumbo oil), or treat skin conditions by bathing in an infusion.
