What is Pau D'Arco and how is it taken? 

Pau D'Arco is a tall, lustrious tree that can grow up to 100 feet high that can be found in the Amazon Rainforest. Used for it's healing properties for centuries, Pau D'Arco is typically drank in tea form or in tinctures. 

Instructions for tea: 

To make Pau D'Arco tea, get 2 teaspoons of bark and 4-5 cups of boiling water. Steep the bark for 15-20 and allow the tea to cool down before drinking. Make sure to strain thoroughly.
