Common Uses: Can be used to ease anxiety, calm nerves, ease muscle cramps, lower blood pressure, help dilate blood vessels, ease inflammation and help promote perspiration.
Generally Prepared: Linden flowers are traditionally prepared as capsules, teas, tinctures, infused floral oils and flower essences. One teaspoon of dried flowers are generally steeped for 5-8 minutes in eight ounces of water.
